Father's Day/Masculine

Today's challenge at an Oldie But a Goodie has been set by Helen and she has chosen

Masculine/Father's Day
(Remember also to use an item older than 6 months on your project and to tell us what it is)

As the theme.

In my case, both the LOTV stamp and the Forever Friends papers are 6m+.

Not much news for you today other that my eldest son Alan is now home from Uni for the summer - assuming he can find a job.  Failing that he may have to move back to Aberdeen and look there. In the mean time, it's nice to have him around and to catch up on things.

Challenges;
Fussy & Fancy - Outdoors
Jellypark Challenges - All things sporty
Jo's Scrap Shack - 53 - Anything Goes
Stampin For The Weekend - Anything Goes
CRAFT - Fathers Day/ Male
Simon Says Stamp - Fathers Day/ Masculine
Passion for Promarkers - One for the Boys/men

The prize this time around is this lovely background stamp from Helen.

This is a fabulous card Janice, I love the muted tones you have used to colour the image.
My son is taking a year out before going to Uni to study to be a teacher, he has just got himself a job as a Learning Support Assistant for the year - his last A level is on Thursday and he starts work the following Monday, not bad!

P.S. If you do buy an Ooh La La CD make sure you buy it directly from Ooh La La, the P&P is free so it works out cheaper than Create and Craft and you will probably receive it a lot quicker as well.

This is lovely Janice, such great colours too. I think that image is in my art pad so I really should colour him as he looks great.

I use a bone folder or scissor handle to shape my decoupage pieces and yes I did make a card with decoupage yesterday so look out!! xx

Super card. Love that image. I've got him on an art pad but not the actual stamp. Might be time to invest....
