Gorjuss Sitting

This is my niece Eilidh's favourite stamp - it was on last year's birthday card in yellow & it HAD to be on this years too, but in pink!

Hope she likes it. I've coloured ir with Promarkers then added punched flowers, lace & a sentiment and everything is backed onto Bearly Mine Designs digi paper which I printed at the beginning of the week.

This card is for the Sugar Bowl Challenge which was to use their sketch along with pink. Jx

PS The charm was a late addition which I thought about this afternoon - fills a gap nicely!

Happy Mother's Day

It's the lovely Mrs Cleaver again by Victoria Case - again on a Mother's Day card - just for a change!

This time I've paired her up with some digi backing paper from "Bearly Mine Designs." Now it's the first time I've printed digi paper & I have to say I'm very impressed. So much so that I think I'll be popping over to their shop ever so soon to make a purchase. But hey, this is one of those great stores where you can try before you buy, and the paper on the card above was a lovely freebie!

So apologies Bearly Mine DT for not reading all the challenge rules last week and only following your sketch. This week however I'm using your lovely paper too in the Bearly Mine Challenge! Jx

This time I've added colour & used my Magna Golfer by Sugar Nellie for the job. The sentiment is Penny Black & sorry it's mounted - haven't learned how to position computer generated text directly onto card - but I'll see if I can find a tutorial to guide me on the way.

Well, the Promarkers were busy this weekend as I made a second LOTV card this time using a girlie cupcake image. Papers are Doodlebug & flowers Wild Orchid Crafts.

Cupcake Card

This is one of my favourite big stamps at the moment. It's a Hero Art's cling stamp, & it's just perfect for paper piecing. My card uses blue/green Doodlebug paper which is the challenge on Crafty Creations this week. I've also used paper piecing and Cuttlebug embossing which are two of my favourite techniques - along with card candi & ribbon, two of my favourite embelishments which links with the favourites challenge over on Top Tip Tuesday.
Finally it's a special birthday card - a 40th - which also ties in with the Crafty Catz challenge this week. Jx
