Anyway, back to today, and Wynn's challenge over at OohLaLa. This time we are looking for
Circles and Squares
So get your thinking caps on. Be that a paper pattern, an image or dies, as long as we see both, you meet the challenge.
For my card, I went with a square base and circle decoupage. This was a first for me and I must confess I did find it tricky lining up the dies on the image. Any tips on this process would be much appreciated as several circles had to be binned cause they had either a white rim or when stacked my circle pyramid was wonky!!!
Who said DT members knew what they were doing???
Anyway, here is my card, it uses a lovely image off the Shaun Jenkins CD called Birdhouse.

Such a beautifully elegant creation Janice, don't see pyramage that often which is a shame as it really makes a super card.
Thanks so much for joining our birthday celebrations at Allsorts, good luck with the big prize draw and don't forget the DT have more prizes on their own blogs.

Well I think you nailed the decoupage.....not easy I know. I always have to stand up and view it from the top....if you know what I mean lol x It's a very pretty card and great use of a circle and square. Wynn xx
A pretty card Janice, you chose a beautiful image - perfect for the challenge theme.
I always hand cut my circles - the dies never seem to be the right size, If I do use dies I usually cut them out of scrap paper and use the holes to line them up (I think that makes sense).
