This card is made using a gorgeous PB stamp which I was lucky enough to get an image of. It's called Merci Bouquets & is an oldie, but it's certainly a favourite of mine.
Papers today are a combination of Doodlebug & Tim Coffey. The punched border is Martha Stewart's and the flower by Wild Orchid Crafts.

I just love your card Janice. The cute cat image is in my top 5 Penny Black stamps. It covers all manner of celebrations and is so easy to colour.
Your lovely Martha Stuart punched edge works so well and the cute sunflower embellishment finishes it off beautifully.
