Crocuses

Another lovely Spring flower hidden under a mountain of snow, but ideal for this weeks Allsorts Challenge and also the Papertake Weekly Challenge where anything goes. I'm also entering it into the Crafty Catz Challenge, which was to pick a favourite challenge from the year passed. I chose Embossing, which I think was on week 36. The card itself uses another Stamporium stamped image mounted on embossed panels with a MS punched border & finished with a ribbon & buttons.

Also, for the Crafty Cardmakers Challenge we have been asked to show both our newest & oldest works. I don't still have a photo of one of my first cards, but hopefully this link to my very first Do Crafts post will suffice!

This was posted in Feb 2008.

Finally, the Top-Tip Tuesday Challenge is to Get Embellishing - now I'm not an OTT decorator of cards - this is about as full on as it gets! Hopefully some buttons & a ribbon counts as enough!

Hi there

I am thrilled you have joined in my "Free and Easy" theme at Allsorts this fortnight and confess to being astounded by the huge response.

I usually like to visit every entry and say a few words about their creations, but the sheer volume so far along with the Christmas preparations we all have to juggle means this is a "copied and pasted" message, for which I apologise.

Wishing you a very Happy Christmas and wonderful holiday time

Have you entered my candy

Stunning card, love the cleanness of it. And your link worked to your heart card too. Glad you have learnt how to turn cards round, lol. Thanks for joining us at Crafty Cardmakers this week. xx

Any chance you could make your link to your earlier card clickable, as it's not working for me?

Your latest card is gorgeous though. I just love white embossing and your lovely flowers are the perfect addition to your card.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and thanks for joining our First and Last Challenge at Crafty Cardmakers. Hope to see you back next year.
