Tree Trimmers

As Christmas is fast approaching I thought I better put a bit more effort into making some cards, so today I set about a batch of thin colourful CAS cards ideal for posting.

The image is a new one to me, by Sassy Cheryl - I paid full price for it a few weeks back, but if you're quick you may be able to snap up a bargain as it's on special just now!


Colouring as always is by Promarker and my sentiment added directly to the card front using Serif Draw, (thanks Colin for the lesson!)  Finally the card is finished with my festive favoutites, glossy accents and glamour dust.

    Yay!! Lovely to see you at CCAYR with this fab tree. I am fond of Sassy Cheryl images myself. Love the colours you have chosen for these cute snowy peeps!! I've been batch making too. I am doing a Christmas fair at the end of the month and am wondering if I have enough stock!! xx

    Hi Janice… sorry I'm a bit late… Wow! what a fab image this is… you've coloured it beautifully! Love the sentiment too! it's a really cute card! :-)
    We didn't get any snow here after all !! but we did get a total power cut in our village earlier this morning which caused chaos… thankfully it was fixed after 20 minutes. Took another couple of hours for all the house alarms to shut up though! Lol
