The Window Cat

Most of you probably know I own a grey cat called Femo.  Femo just loves to sit on the window ledge looking out - especially when it's dark for some strange reason!

Anyway, when I saw this Meljen cat image I immediately thought of Femo and obviously had to get it!  The rest of the card is made up of a brickwork embossed background made using a Tim Holtz folder and the window is glazed with acetate.


I raised the window off the brick work, then further raised the cat for a bit of depth to my card.

    Ah this is so sweet, I love it. What brilliant decoupaging too, Makes it so 3D. I love your Kittys name. My one is Jess. (Jake named her when he was 2, Guess his fav programme then!!!)

    This is fab Janice - my cat loves to sit in the window too - he's 17 now and pretty good for his age but often gets tangled up in the blinds! - can you do a card version of that one lol hugs judith x

    What a fabulous clean design! Love the embossed brick wall pattern you've used as background for this great window image! I love those window images, and this one's especially nice as I love cats too! I spotted your card on MIM.
