Stwoberry

Many years ago we met a waiter in the Algarve, who couldn't pronounce strawberry properly. My husband used to go in and ask what ice-cream was on the menu each day, just to make us laugh! If said waiter is reading this post, I'm sorry, it was rather rude although we never laughed in front of him, it was always later when we started repeating stwoberry several times over!!!

Enough!

It's time for a new Oldie But Goodie challenge, this time it's set by Claire, and she's gone with the theme

Red & White & A Ribbon
(+ use something at least 6 months old on your card)

This time we are lucky enough to be sponsored by the lovely Digi Doodle Shop, who very kindly gave the DT some images to use - thanks for that.

They are also offering the winner $10 to spend in their shop on items of their choice.

So, onto my card. As I said, the image is by Digi Doodle Shop. Its coloured with Promarkers and set on an embossed white background. The flower is cut using an Marianne die, and the strawberry button in the centre is my oldie - I think I bought it when I knitted baby stuff while pregnant, so we're talking 15+ years old!

So, that's my entry for An Oldie but A Goodie, why not go over to the main blog and check out the other DT cards before making a start on yours?

Challenges;
I Love Promarkers - Nature - Wild strawberries
Craft Us Crazy - Favourite Colour or Embellishment - mine is buttons
Do You Stack Up - Layers
Stampalot - In the Garden - Strawberries - I wish!
